2024 Fish in a Tin — Vermentino & Fernao Pires

Our second crack at our becoming-famous Fish in a Tin Vermentino. What changed? It’s skinsy...er. We let it sit on skins for 16 days before pressing to a mix of steel and aged french oak. And we co-fermented it with a Portuguese grape named Fernao Pires!

TASTING

The nose bursts with exotic florals (thanks Fernao) and the palate is citrusy, salty and super mineral. It’s the vino version of Lemon iced tea in a tall glass, lots of ice and a metal straw. Grippy & zippy.

  • 10.3% ALC/VOL
  • 16 day skin contact.
  • Contains sulphites.
  • No fining. Vegan friendly.
  • 160 dozen produced.
