2024 Cacio E Pepe — Pecorino

As Australia’s foodiest wine brand, we made a Pecorino because we had to.

TASTING

It’s pure fleshy ripe peaches on the nose and has a nuttiness on the palate. Beeswax-y texture and lovely oyster shell minerality rounds out a complex little wine. Drink with the cheese. Seriously.

• A few days on skins.
• Contains sulphites.
• No fining. Vegan friendly.
