Grenache brings the fruity vibes, Mataro brings the savoury bits and Nero slides into the DM's to loosen things up. Rustic, structured but not over the top about it. It'll sidle up to an arancini with a wink.

TASTING

Black cherry, dried herbs and cola spice on the nose, with savoury edges and fine tannins underneath. Medium-bodied, structured. Less “big Barossa flogger”, more “southpaw that can hold his own at the end of the night” — ding ding.
