2025 Gelato Bianco

A skinsy orange wine that passes the two-glass test. Pecorino and Malvasia were co-fermented on skins, then splashed with Grenache Blanc for flesh and freshness. Golden, tropical and slightly unhinged — like dessert that forgot it was wine.

TASTING

Mango steen, guava and pineapple up front, with peach underneath and a lemony lift. The palate is ripe stone fruit with a gentle tannic grip. Wait… is that orange Tic Tacs?

• 12.5% ALC/VOL
• 15 days on skins.
• Contains sulphites.
• No fining. Vegan friendly.
