Plonk it on the table and watch it go to work. Nero d’Avola and Saperavi co-fermented for 10 days. Some free-run Lagrein to juice it up. It’s Pizza/Pasta/Souvlaki/Couch/House/Wednesday wine. Pane di Casa = Vino di Casa.
TASTING
Spicy and a little herbal on the nose (dolmades?). Black and red berries are there. Neither more than the other. Light bodied. Gooood acid. Red frogs & Pomegranate.
