Salty, slippery, zesty, zippy. Vermentino has been the mainstay of this wine since its inception and the 2026 version keeps the trend. Arinto and Fiano offer some fresh angles. All direct pressed. It’s a Mediterranean style white wine that pairs with stuff from the ocean that ends up in a tin.
TASTING
White flowers, lemon sorbet and a whiff of kerosene on the nose. Palate of pine-lime splice, tight AF acidity and a salty lick.
