Salty, slippery, zesty, zippy. It’s Pinot Grigio with personality. It’s Riesling with a suntan. We let it sit on skins a little longer this year and even threw in some Fernão Pires for extra spice. Open with seafood, open without seafood. Still works.
TASTING
White blossom, green apple and a faint whiff of kerosene on the nose. Palate of pine-lime splice, tight acidity and a salty lick that keeps you coming back for another sip.
WINEMAKING
- 12.5% ALC/VOL
- A couple of days on skins.
- Contains sulphites.
- Aged in steel and older oak.
- Bright, textural and seaside-coded.
- 222 dozen produced.
